Cousins Thomas and Kevin Gilday were in their 20′s when Tom convinced Kevin to wrap up his home remodeling business in upstate New York and join him in Washington, DC.
The two shared a passion for designing renovations and additions that celebrate the beauty and spirit of older homes–of which there are many in the Washington DC metro area.
That shared passion has evolved over many years into a sophisticated design build technique that is intuitive and flexible but, at the same time, leaves nothing to chance.
